Frigidaire refrigirator was shipped on 2/17/10. Within a few minutes following the shipping it had been obvious the system didn't function. We quit it on for all hours. It remained at 70 degrees inside. Named Pacific Revenue. They stated they'd deliver something individual to correct in the place of changing the merchandise, which appeared the correct move to make. On 2/18 they informed us they'd contact us throughout the day of 2/20 to inform people what period they'd appear that morning to correct the system. We confimed the contract on 2/19. They never called on 2/20. I created many calls for them and was ostensibly provided the runaround. Eventually got a solution. They stated they mightnot obtain support individual out to examine the fridge until 2/26. I eventually told them my next phone would be to American Show when they did not get somebody around faster. They decided to have a completely independent support individual examine it on 2/22. He looked over it and unearthed that the compressor was faulty. They exchanged out the models on 2/24 per week following the first one was shipped. Being with no fridge to get a week was no little trouble, but coping with Pacific Revenue was much more aggravating. They might not appear to have cared less. Small if any problem with no apology. I wrote them a notice, but question I Will obtain a response.
