Roku
No refund on returned item

I've have similiar difficutlties as prior clients... No reimbursement. It's been over per month, I contact regular, and every time I'm guaranteed that I'll be returned to get a retuned Roku Participant. I've not yet acquired a return. I informed my charge card organization to do this and also have also reported to Amazon.com. I really hope that both of those may fulfill my request.
