Horrible service

I've yupp television for previous 9 weeks. They delivered us a roku container at no cost for connecting yupp television. Within 3 months it broke. They sent us a brand new container. That worked for 5 more weeks then all a quick it stating that my roku wasn't triggered. I named them-they stated that I've 3 more weeks of account. Plus they stated that my box was triggered with another roku container. Then I politely requested them to my roku container on the Sunday. He explained he may trigger it by mon. I'm attempting to contact them every single day. I really couldnot obtain the link despite per week. Again they're stating that I have to wait until Friday again... And that I have no idea how to proceed. They're considering they got their profit progress so that they do not actually bother to solve my problem.
