Bad equipment, worse customer service

Purchased an Xbox 360 Console that's restored and six months later it fails.introduced to nearby technology repair location plus they inform me the system is among the oldes they've observed; no firmware improvements have actually been completed. Attempted to e-mail Customer Website plus they deliver mean automatic reply stating they have A - 14 time plan with no conditions. Attempted speaking with somebody in Revenue as there's no telephone customer support plus they state there are no conditions and there's no supervisor or operator who's prepared to consider my phone. Our advice, never use these folks. Poor product and worse customer support.
