We bought a MayTag Epic Z front-loader washer in March, from Grey's Equipment in Melrose, MA.in November, the equipment broke. On December 23, Greyis found support the equipment and requested components. It requires a counterweight, bellows and push. Effectively the components continue to be on back-order and perhaps they'll maintain the first week of Feb. We'd possessed a MayTag Neptune before purchasing that one. We shall never purchase a MayTag again. MayTag use to become quality merchandise years back. We also purchased the five-year protection agreement from Specialist Safety.
