Rental TV Balance Jumped to $1,115 After Reporting Accident

Aaron's is a rip-off to people who are very loyal to their company. My problem with them is that I reported an accident that happened to the item that I rented from them back in April, and I just got a response back in June. Every time I tried to call, there was no response until about a month ago.

That is when they decided to call, wanting to help, and asked me to come to the office to make some arrangements. That is what I did, and they told me that I owe them $363.00. Now I got a letter in the mail saying that I owe them $1,115.00 for a TV, and a 31-inch TV does not cost that much.

I am a single parent of 3 lovely children, and I do not have that kind of money. Now they are talking about filing legal action against me for nonpayment, and I really do not understand how they tell you one price and then jump to another, and the price is more than what they told you.

What I really want is the corporate office number or address. I have tried to contact the general manager but got no response. What should I do to keep them from calling me every hour on the clock and harassing me?
