These people were very rude with me, threatening that the cops would show up to my house and that they were goin to take me to court

I had a very horrible experience with this company. I finally settle out with them as of March in 2009 and I have yet to receive my settlement paperwork. They were taking $125.93 out of me every two weeks and I was not working. I tried working with them in other options and they told me there was no other options. Helen Quesada was the representative that I worked with and she was down right rotten to me. She told me that dell would not except anything less that what they were taking now. No settlements, nothing. I cried and begged for them not to take that much out of me since I was not working and she did not care the least bit. Needless to say I was still getting my statements from Dell and I was told that they no longer had nothing to do with it - that was a LIE!!! They threatened me to take me to court, the cops were going to arrest me, who in their right doesn't get nervous when you hear this??? As of today January 14, I still have yet to receive my settlement paperwork. I called January 11 and this Helen Quesada swore up and down that her secretary would e-mail it over to me. Well in her awful attempt she didn't do this, she put in the wrong e-mail address. Had I known all this before I would NOT HAVE worked with these people and went directly to dell. I hope that the rotten people get what they deserve, no one deserves to be treated and yelled at like these people treat others.
