According to agreement and alternative plan alternative telephones located to become faulty is likely to be changed without having a deductible for 12 months. BUT any problem considered to become misuse takes a fresh state along with a $50 deductible. Fairly easy...

Our alternative phone started to have receiving problems, even though wire appeared to fit snuggly sometimes it charged somtimes not. Required to Verizon and was informed the receiving interface was faulty, called Asurion and was informed it's not covered since it's misuse, when questioned how they decide which was informed if you're able to shake the wire and it works occasionally it isn't lined... Being a technology support technology for two decades this sort of laying insufficient support is undesirable.
