Refused to correct a very faulty chain saw they sold

I bought A - 14" poulan restored chainsaw. I acquired it home to discover they packed the impropersized string. Went 74 miles round-trip towards the Clarksville shop plus they offered us a brand new string. Went home and experimented with begin the tool also it started coming string gas everywhere, plus wouldn't operate correctly. Went another 74 kilometers back towards the shop and achieved using the associate supervisor who declined to provide me another tool or my cash back. I understand he'd the expert to help make the trade. He needed me to depart the tool for his store to check out. Meaning I am gonna need to create another 74 distance visit to get another tool or even the fixed one. I had been likely to buy a fresh fuel auger and 8" bit a 400.00$ buy from there-but today decline because of the method I've been handled. Tractor Supply understands just how to handle their clients!!!
