Ripped Off all the way around!

I bought a ankle braclet that was on clearance ($39.99) got home and tried it on didnt like it went to exchange it for another (not cash) was told no they dont exchange clearance items.

At that visit I bought a chain for fiance - asked gal specifically if it was hollow or solid. She said solid - it wasnt and so he didnt like it. At the same time I bought a few other items and redeemed a $25 coupon I had been given with the first purchase above. We go to exchange the chain (him in tow so he can pick what he wants) the gal there takes it without asking returns it for cash minus the full $25 on just that item. Then tells us that she cant fix it. So the $70 chain is now gone and he is left with $48 to get another. Had they not lied to begin with I wouldnt have got the chain for him and then to have them return it with a much less value screwed him out of anything. Considering that I spent $300 at the visit I dont think the $25 in full should have been deducted from one item as well as the fact she didnt even ask if he wanted the money or exchange for merchandise.
