I was charged 2x for an application fee so 50$ total i got an email of my order but soon after i found out i was going to get my product and there is no way of getting hold of the company

I was charged to 2x for an application fee that equaled 50$ and found out later that i wasnt going to get my money back or anything and there was no way to get a hold of the company and i just hope they dont charge me a monthly fee i want to cancel my order and possibly get my money back if thats possible.
