I ordered a Blackberry Phone form Pure Mobile, It was not what I thought it would be so I requested a RMA for the return in 10 calender days. It has been over 3 days, I have sent 3 emails and tried to get on their live chat with no success. It looks like I am stuck with a phone I do not want. I received no response what so ever from them. Pure Mobile sales are all final, there is no return policy that I can see.
