Electronics and household app.

I answered an ad on craigslist for a free solar energy system. A meeting was set with a salesman and he was at my door on time. He sold me on their system with the 60% more efficient energy production nanoparticle coating. I secured my own financing and, never having been ripped off b4, gave them the money on feb 12, so I didn't spend it. I was told the install would be in about a month.
After about 2 1/2 months I got a call from Matthew Sarad telling me that the salesman had quit and that my install would be in about a month. I got am email telling me that there were 2 shipments of solar panels on the way.
One pallet came, so I waited for the second for a few weeks. Then I called the supplier to find the other shipment. I was told there was no other shipment.

A call to Matthew, and a message was taken. About three weeks later I got am email saying that the permits and rebates were being taken care of and then they would install my system. Matthew also told me at this time he would refund my money and give me the system because of the delays.

By now it's June. I had a busy summer so I didn't pay much attention to progress on my system until August. I sent numerous emails to Matthew, finally he answered by the end of the month, promising me my money back. I received another shipment of solar panels, that didn't match the first set. So now I have 5 panels that are bought as surplus from Aten Solar (I searched the web and found they discontinued that type and were selling a pallet of about 250 for about 75 bucks each panel) and 4 panels from Sun Electric, worth about 250 a panel.

I emailed Matthew with a concern of the panels not matching. No response. I finally got him on the phone and asked him about the fact that the second set of panels were completely different than the others. I got the feeling that he didn't know much about electronics when I asked about a 22 volt panel being in the same system as the 60 volt panels and how do you configure the panels to be compatible.

After another 2 months I called a phone number that was on the invoice to get a hold of Matthew, since there was no response to messages left at the 800 number. He answered the phone and we arraigned to get me some money back.
He brought me $2500 of the $7000 i gave him. He had his daughter with him. This was the end of October.
I have called the 800 number for about 5 weeks, leaving messages to call me back, but no response. On December 22 a call to the 800 number got a guy answering the phone telling me that Sun Nano is out of business.

Now I am left with trying to get my money back somehow. I am disabled from a back injury and multiple surgeries to try to fix it and am on social security disability. My income is limited and now this happened while i was trying to reduce my monthly bills with a solar system for cheaper electricity. I can't afford to hire anyone to help me, so now I am at a lose as to what to do. Thanks Matthew, Merry Christmas to you too.
