Messed up a kitchen installation

HH Gregg all messed up a home installation. Bottom line is the fact that they drilled unecessary (and large) openings in my own new custom units subsequently simply to discover the equipment did not match.in the beginning, they offered me a totally free cover to cover the harm and replaced the integral stove to get a freestanding. I told them I didnot need a totally free standing one since I didnot believe it'd match and so I desired that cash back. They explained to put on onto it before home was completed after which easily did not need it, I really could return it. About 6 months later my custom home was finished and also the freestanding stove did not match. They're declining to consider it back stating it has been too much time. They never offered me a time restriction and those who have experienced a custom restoration understands it requires quite a long time. I am fuming! I'll never provide them with a cent simply because they did not maintain their term plus they do not appear to treatment. I got this towards the corporate-level as well as their reaction was ostensibly to prosecute them.
