48017 Fremont Blvd. I purchased the Television in 2006 have sinced replaced the bulb 3x at $130.00 a bulb, for the last 60 months my picture comes in all cloudy

I purchased this television in 2006 from shopNBC, complained about the bulb but it was not there problem. I contacted vivitek in california and left several messages no one has ever responsed to any of them its like they don't really exist. Now I have a $2400.00 television that comes in terrible even with the new bulb. It's difficult to watch because the picture is very unclear.
I will be contacting the Atttorney Generals office for further action.
