I went to Embassy Electronics for a head cleaner for my video camera on 6th December. A smooth talking salesman talked me into buying a wide angle lens and showed me the price on the box which was $599. It turns out that this lens can be bought for about $70. I feel a real fool but suppose I deserve what I got for buying something I knew nothing about in a city full of hustlers. I will be back in New York eventually and if I can prevent these crooks from doing this to someone else I will.
