Does not honor warranty for a 3 yr. Old $5,000 tv with a 5 yr wrnty! Wrote wrnty to get$, internet

On 3/22/06 salesman from hifi sales of cherry hill came to my home wrote contract for amt of $5093.30 for plasma 50"TV automatically has a 2yr mnfctr's wrnty. I objected to the price with a short term wrnty, salesman Dave Cunningham wrote on original saleslip tv 5 yr wrnty. On 12/06/09 my tv blew out. Comcast cnfrmd it is the tv. I contacted lg for warranty, they said to call place of purchase. I did and miraks, receptionist? Said to call salesperson, dave & gave me his cell #. He blamed comcast, and i told him that i have a statement. He came to evaluate the tv, disconnected dvd, stratched my mantle and wall, and asked if he could see the saleslip that he wrote up. He acknowledged writing it, and said he would put in a service order with chaz, but he needed to take the paper, also how sick he was in 2006. I declined and said i would make a copy or fax it. I phoned the next day to ask about service, they said to re-fax, i did, then they said that they must see the original in person. I left work, and showed owner, george and miraka. Dave never appeared. George said that it is written on a sales order slip, and not final invoice, therefore can not honor it. I taped conversation, and I have all documentation. I was not requesting anything more than a service repair as warrantied. Upon sale i was promised a screen cleaner, and manual. I never received it.
Now i know why the store showroom is always empty.
