Will never buy anything from them again

We bought Goodyear tires from Wal Mart in Conway, S.C. The devices divided in two of the tires with significantly less than 15000 miles. I approached Goodyear and was informed these wheels were designed for wal mart and goodyear wouldn't stay in it. I approached Wal Mart and my wilf required the vehicle in plus they changed a valve base. Do they believe most people are an idiot? I approached the primary office per Email without any reaction. I'll never purchase something from the business such as this regardless of how reduced the cost.
