Took my money and did not deliver my product

When I placed my order on 11/13, I read per their policy guidelines that shippments are usually delivered 4-5 business days. After about 4 days I called the number given and noticed it was a voice recording and per directions of the website, to send a email. I senta a email on 11/18/09 at 9:04 am, asking for the status of my oorder and a tracking number so I may track my package. At 11:35pm, I recieved a very vage email just saying my order has been shipped and I will be recieving very soon sincerly the sales@coolcell.com. So i replied back asking for again the tracking or reciept number so i may track my package and still no reply. So I went to the site to read upon the site information and noticed they said they are BBB acredited so I contacted the BBB and went on the website as well, to reveal they are NOT BBB accredited and has no affiliation with them and they got a F reporting from them stating they are to fraudlent. I have since then contacted them by phone (no answer of course and this is even during business hours) and two emails and nothing. So needless to say they rip me off of 25.00. I will not recommend that site to no one and I work with many associated that look for new updated cell acessories and I will never recommend this company to them. I placed a order with Elitextreme the same day and got my product in 4 days and they are placed in Florida, so they will continue to get my business. I will be contacting the FTC and Yahoo and google as well to report them due to they have rip off others from past reports and I think a class action suit needs to be filed against this company. And people wonder why no one shops on line no more due to being scam out their money is not a highlight to no ones day. Do not buy from this company.
