Named Justman Brush Organization in Omaha, NE. Expected questions of a specific comb & required an example, accepting like a wholesale organization they did not offer singles. Prepared on purchasing in huge amounts in forseeable future. Was rudely & suddenly advised he, John Matthews, wouldn't be delivering me an example.informed Steve it wasnot the type of customer support I was confident with & was fully informed it was also poor, many people purchase just one comb - he then hung-up on me. I called back and informed him I'd be pleased to purchase one clean & he hung-up on me again. Named back & requested to get a supervisor and he actually screamed "I'm the dog owner!" & put up again.
