RIPOFF The dont give what they quote! Sent in Phone

On October 22nd I was quoted $40.00 for a Motorola Z6 Rokr, I sent in the phone I got a quote for on October 25th, the website says they recieved it on November 2nd. But they are also saying they only quoted me $20.00, and it says they owe me only $10! This is outrageous they gave me a quote for a working phone with battery and cover, this is what I sent them, the phone was in good shape and worked! And they gave $30.00 less than what they quoted! DO NOT USE IBUYPHONES.com you would be better off giving your phone to a child to play with or donating it to Salvation Army
