I bought a battery to get a cell phone. It came but wouldn't match the telephone. I telephoned organization (01675 443381) plus they decided to deliver me an upgraded so long as I delivered cellphone back. The brand new battery came 2 days later. Same issue, did not match telephone. I required battery to cell phone store. They explained it wasn't a poor backup. I sent organization same-day to inform them I'd delivered battery. I received mail informing me they'd just provide me my money-back after they had obtained battery. They're informing me they've never obtained battery. And proceeded to supply me with a few churlish and defensive emails.

Its not about the cash, its regarding the ability of the company to fraud clients so easily with fake products.
