Horrible! Purchased camera on web. I called following day to verify. Was handed wrong details about that which was delivered with camera (batteries/charger). Then they attempted to market me update batteries/charger to get a silly cost. The salesman after which the supervisor were completely bored with the ensuing problem I talked for them. BAD VIBES! Doesn't surprise me they charge 2.5 from 10. I am happy I ended before every other issues.
