My husband purchaded jupiter jack for the family which included him, myself and son. The device was junk and did not work they misled their advertisement and said you buy one and get one free. They charged him for both devices and then chaged him shipping charges three time in the amount of 6.99. The total they charged him on his credit card was $74.95. He called them and sent back the entire box which cost him $8.89. They only refunded him $20.00 and said the additional $34.95 was shipping charges. They need to refund him an additional $25.96 which is they amount they scamed him less shipping charges.
