Scam involving iPhones using Craigs list to lure people to their bogus site

My story is similar to some others listed here. I was looking for an iPhone on Craigs list (Seattle) and found two really good (to good to be true) prices and emailed the sellers. Each of the listing in turns out was the same person and they emailed me this response

Sorry I sold them. But I ordered them from suppliers I found from memberssuply.com. They have much cheaper prices than amazon.com

When I visited the site I started researching it and found complaints of ripoff with the same MO. Getting lured to the site from a Craig's listing. When I tried to email the person back the email bounced. See below
