When the phone went unoperable they stole 690.7 minutes from the airtime I had purchased

I purchased 2 phones from this company. The last one was purchased in May of 09. It was a double the minutes phone. My husband had on this phone that stopped working 973.7 minutes. They asked us to return the phone and they sent a new one. When we tried to activate it, they said he only has 283 minutes. Since we barely used the phone and we checked this phones minutes and they showed clearly 973.7 minutes we know they are wrong. After 6 hours of talking with several different people we got absolutely no where with them. Their 'tech' guy told us to send it back and he would check the minutes. Every person since then said that all returned phones go to the 'warehouse' and they had no way of checking our phone. No record of any kind. So why didn't he tell us this? My husband believes the tech took the phone and is using the minutes on it or has used the minutes on it. At any rate I would strongly suggest that no one should buy from them because their service is absolutely BAAAD!!!
They tell you what they want, take what they want and we are left with no options except to report them. I hope their sales fall as deep into the hole that their service department squirms in.
