Scam

Had an appt at my house between 9 10am for an estimation on an electric work. Never turned up or named. Amusing thing, also, after I named them on 9/25 and created the appt, I questioned John if Capitol was some of those businesses which make appts and not appear. He explained they do not conduct business this way. Truly???

After I named them around 11:45am concerning the no show, I told them-they did me a benefit.
