-received phone after I returned from military TAD (08-22Aug)

23-24Aug activated phone at Verizon: phone would not maintain connection with tower and did not function properly. Technical support at Verizon stated it was a problem with the device.

25Aug requested refund from floydpinkbell77

26Aug received refund ("RMA") form stating: "The unit must be shipped within 7 business days from the date the RMA form has been issued." "Upon receiving the phone back WITH THE RMA we will have all the necessary data to issue you your refund & send the check out to you WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL
Please Note: As per the Auctions Details. Refunds are issued via Company Check. We will mail you the company check, with a receipt for the corresponding transaction for the full value paid for the transaction. This will include shipping & sales tax fees as well. You will receive an email or eBay message from us & paypal once we generate the shipping label for the envelope your refund check will be placed into so you can track where your check is."
