Floydpinkbell77 Purchased phone, paid, never recieved

On august 20th i bid on a phone on ebay through ebay member floydpinkbell77. The phone was a blckberry world edition 8830.

Immediatly i received two emails from him stating that the payment was received and thanking me. The email also stated that the shipping labels have been generated. On the bottom it was a thank you from him and a Jackie Dael Hayliyle-Ruggiero.

After weeks of not receiving my phone i then went on ebay to write him a message, when i went to do that it came back that he was no longer a member which concerned me.

I then sent an email to his email address provided in an email he previously sent me. I never got a response. I then opened a claim through paypal which they are still reveiwing. When i check on it for updates it now says the united states post office says the phone was shipped to me and they are still reviewing it and will contact me by oct. 11th.

I was obviously scammed and this is the second time on ebay.
