My 13 Year old daughter was ripped off by digiexpess! They refuse to answer calls or email!

My 13 year old daughter saved her money for 6 months to buy ipod touch. She cracked screen and bent frame. We ordered parts from another company but realized that we could not fix. I pod was working fine. I called digiexpress (they answered phone that time) and they stated they would put parts in from another company and gave me address to ship. We shipped next day and verified deliveryconfrimation. We had enclosed money order for 25$. I never got email to confirm so I called. They stated it was not there but they would look and let me know.
I never recieved call. I send 5 emails and 3 phone calls including another from my husband. My daughter is so upset and has been crying. She had lots of songs on it. I am most upset that they will not respond and I believe they stole my daughters I pod. I am calling the att-general. Please help
