Sent product back because it was wrong part and asked for refund never got anywhere with emails

I ordered a main board from this company because I was told the part number from a tv repair shop. We got the board checked it and it was the wrong board. I emailed them to see if they could find the right board and this Tim guy said they were looking. I sent the part back and thought that I might get a partial refund but doesn't look like it. I sent 4 emails to them and never got an answer. I have called several times and only gotten an answering machine. If you are going to have a company you should have someone to at least answer the phone during the day.in other words I got had by the company. Suffice to say I am still looking for this part for my tv. Please I plead with anyone else out there don't use this company they will get your money and you will never hear from them again. I hope this helps other people.
