Fast prompt service in getting me my package to send them my phone. After waiting my 30 days their webpage states still processing. I have tried to contact them with numerous emails with no response

Received my package to send in my call phone in a prompt professional package.
Returned the package with my cell phone for processing.
After 30 days (giving a few extra days just for good faith) their website still says processing.
I have sent numerous email with no response. No change in the status from processing.
This is theft by deception. I sent this phone in good faith that it was a legitimate company buying used cell. If I dont receive my payment of 65 dollars or my exact LG Envy 2 phone, then I will report the ESN as stolen. Making the phone useless.
