Refund not sent promised refund never received phoenix, arizona

After receiving MRA nro to return an item which I purchased I have been waiting for my refund for 2 months now. Their company web-site says that refund will be given in 14 days after receiving an item back. It doesn't mention that they have to wait money back from manufacturer, so legally it's very bad, lying on their web-site. Last time I talked to them a month ago, and now I was told they got their money back! So where is my money. And I even purchased replacement item on first week of july. Every time I have different explanation. Last time I was threatened if I was planning to file dispute my bank will hold my money 180 days, when I called to my bank they said it's untrue. They are lying from "left and right". They are just resellers, who doesn't care about customer service.
