Bought dvd set july20, got no e-mail when sent out, they took my money from credit card, i got no word no product as of 8-9-09

I ordered a set of the tv show, 7th heaven on july 20,09. Like they said i did not recieve an e-mail from them when it would be shipped. The cost of the product plus s/h was charged to my credit card within hours of the transaction. I have yet to reciece any word or product from them. This was to be a birthday gift for my wife. I am pi - d!!!
