Mislead in purchase and now can't return

Pleasant sales affiliate offers me a camcorder that's simple to use and simple to obtain to Apple computer. JVC Everio Camcorder which additionally requires still pictures. Works out still pictures are fairly low quality however it was the movie I had been many involved in. After 2 weeks of capturing various household occasions I visit upload films also it wont add. My partner used the following time attempting to obtain various application but to no avail. I got the camcorder back again to Bestbuy plus they were likely to I'd like to trade it to get a 15% re stocking charge but their register would not allow them-so we'd to contact the client support hotline. These were rude and definitely unhelpful and stated there is nothing I really could do about this because it was after dark 2-week return restriction. Additionally they explained they do not actually market this camera anymore so that they cannot actually place it back on ledge. I've had this camera for just two weeks which is totally ineffective in my experience plus they might care less! Do not shop at bestbuy actually!!!
