Do not Buy nothing I mean NOTHING from them that isnt over 5 dollars. I will try and get to the point with anyone reading this... This is the worst feeling of a ripoff I ever had. Just read I will try and keep this short, I just got off the phone with the customer service, the guy their that is the quote on quote manager is named William. I know it was him because you can tell from his voice he sounds like he has an accent or something.

The scam!

I brought a purchase for over 500$ and select the delivery of 3 day ground shipping which came out to about 600 something. I made an order on July 21st and today it is July 28th, WTF 3 days ok! I could overlook some delay but WHY is it on the first day after ordering the product I get a call to verify my address ok sounds good. I verify my address but now I'm getting hit with sales pitches to buy additional shit??? Warrentys and etc etc, now my price is over 800$.

I was ok with some things I figured I got a pretty good deal, until I got a call on the 22nd saying please call our office so you can veirfy your shipping address??? Wtf. Then on the 24th I got a call saying can I verify my shipping address... Hmm ok what is going on. I gave them the correct shipping addy more then 3 times and spoke with 3 diffrent people. Just when I thought ok they got it this time, Yesterday I get another call on the 27th to veify my order and my shipping address!!! WTFFW ok im done... I had some personal things giving me a bad feeling and I had some issues at home so I needed to cancel my order.

Please read continued: ^ IF YOU CANCEL YOUR ORDER THEIR IS A 25% RESTOCKING FEE WHICH WOULD BE 250$ WHAT THE F*!!! Ok yea right so I have to pay you to restock an order I never got that you never even ordered yet... And how do I know they didnt order it you might ask, Good question, because when I told the retard on the phone I wanted to cancel he started talking over me with a sales pitch,

ME: I told the guy I want to cancel he talks over me (interupt)

DeltaCamera: Look Ill take 100 dollars off, Me: No Just refund (interrupt) DeltaCamera: ok I'll drop the price to 700 dollarsMe: No can I just please get a refund*then he flips out*DeltaCamera: You shouldnt have ordered it if you knew you didnt want it *RANT* you can either take that or I will just take the original price you know what dont worry about I tried to give you a lesser price but goodday.

Me: I didnt see the fine print or any disclamer on your site that says their is a 25% restock fee, dont worry me and my attorney will look over your terms/conditions.

DeltaCamera: saying sales final we will ship it to you when we get it expect it in about 5 buisness days good day!

Me: WHAT? Hold on no I want my money back, so far their is no transaction on my statement so just cancel it you obviously havent even shipped or credited my account so * (interrupted again)

DeltaCamera: look man if you want to have a refund you need to western union 250$

Me: yea f*ing Right!!! So you can have the orignal price I tried to credit and the 250$ thats some crook shit.

DeltaCamera: well if your not going to send the money get off the phone Im not refunding nothing, either you can send me the 250$ dollars or just not get nothing we have you recorded confirming the order so it doesent matter to me anyway.

Me: WHAT!!! Hold on man I aint sending shit, I tell you wha... (interupted)

DeltaCamera: Your not getting a refund expect it in about 5 buisness days good day!

* I just got off the phone with these people man think im joking you can dial the number and ask for a William your self or ask for a chick name lori I confirmed an order with her and Chris*

* fyi just stay away from these folks if you ordering something with service like that im sure they cant be around for much more longer. I cant understand how people like this havent been shut down yet*

Funny thing Is I ordered something from B&H which is a good company that cost 19 dollars with standard ground delivery 3 to 4 days on the 22nd and it got to my house in 2days
