Purchased Canon HF200 online. Got mail with topic:... Purchase verification and so I did not focus on concept itself. Discoverd after many times that I'd to contact to verify purchase. First phone I'd to hold back some time after which got attached to an answering machine. Next phone, again delay some time but got through eventually. Established purchase, and was subsequently questioned what battery I'd prefer to include. Ended up there is no battery involved (!!!) though this can be a area of the components incorporated with the camcorder at-all others. And delivery period??? 4 - 6 months, since it needs to be delivered from offshore!!! (note: delivery choice is UPS ground). I'd say: don't trust the corporation whatsoever.
