I just wanted to send to advise people not to purchase from this place. I am a local appliance and repair man who works for a major manufacturer. Under our current policy the warranty is valid when purchased from this store, that is in the process of being altered. This is due to the poor reputation of the store of carrying "Factory Refurbished" products when in fact they are not Refurbished by the factory at all. The products that are carried by Fortuna Enterprises have a extremely high fail rate and this should be heeded by all customer looking to save a few bucks. They may or may not return your defective goods so please beware.
