Sold defective Logitech Harmony remote control

I purchased a refurbished remote control from them. It arrived defective and I had to pay return shipping. I received a second remote in return and it was also defective.

They take no responsibility for the products they sell. I believe their refurbished products are not refurbished at all, especially if your replacement product is in worse condition then the first.

They only list a fax number, so can't even speak to any one if you have a problem. My emails went unanswered after the second remote was sent to me.

In short they have my money and I have a useless piece of junk. I wish thiscompany could be put out of business. Consumers do not deserve this abuse.
