Purchased the pressurecooker app 8 weeks back. Bill was deliver using the email in discount... Never got the rebate back
Advertisement was for $9.99 for that oven having a $10 rebate i. E I taken care of the horrible oven $20
Can't locate anywhere to get hold of them because it has nothing related to JC Penny today
