IMUSA Pressure Cooker defective handle - IMUSA (Hispanic & International) cookware company

I was trying to order a replacement handle to my pressure cooker. But after talking to the IMUSA in Florida they refuse to send me a replacement handle because of security reasons??? They'll send gaskets and pressure valves but not the handle. The top part of the handle consist of two phillip screws and one phillip screw for the bottom part of the handle. My complaint is with this defective handle that is broken and what do I do? She said she did not care what I need to do. I asked to be transferred to the corporate office and she said I would have to look it up on line??? Since it was made in mexcio that might be the problem. They are a mexcian company and with that being said poor quality material are used!!!
After talking with IMUSA in Florida I will never purchase any of their products. If it's not US made it's not worth my time or money. And this pressure cooker is on its way to the dump as in land fill!!!
