They continue to charge me after I cancel my subsciption

This company has ripped me off in a couple of ways, although I will only be reporting one. But first, you should know that the consumer buys a server (for mainly the counter-strike series) from them and runs it from their website.

I wanted to cancel my subsciprtion (thus ending my server) because I didnt have the money to pay $57.90/month. So I create a support ticket saying I wanted it canceled. This is when they offer me half off for the next month if I do not cancel my subscription, which I didn't accept.

When the next month rolls around (when I would have made my next payment), I see they charged me $57.90. Not only did they not cancel my subscription, but they didn't even charge me half price. (Also the server quality was horrible so the $58 wasnt worth it)

I just filed a report to paypal saying that it was an unauthorized transaction, and its currently being investigated. Plus, Counter-Strike.com decided to delete my account, so I can no longer get on to directly dispute with them.

As if this isnt bad enough, they stopped the server from running the day I created the support ticket, which means I just paid full price for nothing. I also paid $10 for my own website and never got one.
