I Simply changed to virgin mobile 3 nights before and that I should state I'm really dissatisfied using the support. I'm changing back again to another provider. It has been undoubtedly the W0RST MOBILE PHONE COMPANY EVER! I had been said to be about the endless strategy (I taken care of it) and had paid for unlimited message (also compensated) aswell. They ripped me down and not just did they not interface my quantity over from the prior provider, they created a tale stating that I can not be about the endless strategy till 24 hours. I called back simply to get the run-around that the situation continues to be completed which it'll consider 24- 72 hours. I began support 4 nights before and that I haven't utilized my telephone since I acquired it simply because they have me on the 20cents per minute phone strategy and explained there's nothing they are able to do about this. But were fast to tear me of $70.00 dollars without any support for four times AND COUNTING. I'm really dissatisfied and might alert anybody STAY AWAY FROM VIRGIN MOBILE... The worst support ever!!!
