Cookis marketed an Amana portable AC-windowless 12000 btu with heater for $349.00 and outlined all their Southern California shops within the advertisement. The advertisement was within the July 19 Los Angeles Times.

The nearest Cook's shop in my experience was in Manhattan Beach, CA. Cook's Manhattan Beach shop stated they never had the publicized Amana AC and not could. The revenue worker was enjoyable but puzzled and inexperienced. She held me waiting in addition to others
