Location of the salespeople! Ripoff San Diego

For anyone looking for a little justice, there are three Dogg Digital salespeople that are always in the same area in San Diego. Every Friday, these three guys cruise around the parking lot at the corner of Balboa and Genesee (San Diego/Clairemont) next to the Wells Fargo/Tweeter electronics. They wait for people to either go into Tweeter or to extract money from the Wells Fargo ATM. They drive a newer black Explorer with the new wheels. I can get the license plate next Friday. The driver is roughly 25, short brown hair, goatee, and pudgy. The other guy is around 30-35, blond moppy hair, goatee, with a medium build. I've seen them cruise into the Target parking lot from there (right next to it). If these guys took their money, come to this corner on Fridays! I've seen them a few times in the same truck so I know that they aren't renting it every time they go out to rip people off.
