I have to take the time and write about theses guys at Get it Digital. I have been researching for the past few weeks where to buy the Canon Rebel XSi on line, and after careful consideration I have decided to order from Get it Digital.com using my Ebay and Paypal account. I ordered a 6 lenses package and the lenses included were made by Tamron, not to happy with those lenses but the price was great. Upon ordering, I received an email to call for order confirmation and that’s when I met a rep.By the name of Will. Will was very courteous and professional to me; he made his suggestions as any other employee would work for any other company. I get the same thing every time I go thru a drive thru, say like Mc Donald "would you like to make that a combo or upgrade to a large? So we cannot get upset because they do the same thing. It’s called suggestive selling and it has made Mc Donald and many other business a lot of money, it's up to you if you upgrade or not. He offered me a $95.00 upgrade for the same lenses but made by Canon, and I gladly accepted. Then he offered a 3 year warranty by CPS plus other items and delivery of all the items within 3-4 days guaranteed. I did not accept that offer which he understood and was very polite about it. The next day after considering his offer with the warranty, I decided to accept it, so I called him back and ordered it.

I have to tell you, my camera arrived Friday morning after finishing our deal Wednesday of that same week. I called that "OUTSTANDING delivery, so that leaves me now to check the contents. Well, I was impressed from the camera to the lenses, everything was there as described. The only thing was my external flash was not being recognized by the camera and one UV filter was the wrong size, so I called immediately and I met a rep.By the name of Jay, also a very professional and courteous individual. He asked for my name and immediately he knew what I had ordered, so I explained what happened with the flash and he told me, no problem they will replace it and for my trouble he would upgrade my flash. I called that "EXCELLENT SERVICE". I checked from my camera to my lenses with Canon and they are all USA products and they are registered now. So to "Get it Digital" keep up the good work. To Will and Jay, you guys are the BEST! Thanks
