I received my cell phone bill for April from Verizon Wireless and there was a charge from the above for service I did not order, understand or want. Verizon customer service told me how to stop there service, which I followed and did.
I continue to have the charge on my cell bill and again asked Verizon Wireless customer service for their help. I got only a phone number which is a dead end.
