Cell phone sales agent (fraud alert) sold phones out of trunk of car on at&t time, phone was junk!

Every cell phone is supposed to have a unique factory-set electronic serial number (ESN) and telephone number (MIN). A cloned cell phone is one that has been reprogrammed to transmit the ESN and MIN belonging to another (legitimate) cell phone.

Jon Hlutke sold me a junk phone. I walked into the store to buy a new Iphone and he went into the trunk of his car telling me he had one that he was going to deliver to another customer. I paid him for the phone and when I got it home and charged the battery, BOOM, did not work!
