Rip off no tv no money no contact

In Sept my big screen got hit by lightning called jim and asked him to look at it and fix it, as this is were the tv was purchased and jim has repaired it previously. Well it took him almost a month to come and get it. When he did we gave him $200 and the tv. 2-3 weeks went by aand we havent heard from jim, but this was not unusual as he is rather slow in the repair dept he said that he had to order and outdated part and it would be 3-4 weeks longer. Well it is now june and mr. Jim has seemed to vanished, i contacted his home # and fter several attempts and accidentally figuring out how to get someone to answer i was told that jim was out of town and they would forward the message. I am still waiting...
