How to jack up your busted t v

On 9-15 08 purchased a $1400 Mitsubishi tv. 12-10 the TV just flashed a red light and refused to come back on. On 12-12-08 the TV was picked up by Electronic Services for repair. After a month of no tv or contact from the repair facility, I called on 1-2-09 to check on status only to find the only person who can talk to or order parts from Mitsubishi is out of town! Still no contact with repair facility and pissed to the 9s, I called Mitsubishi and started raising holy hell on 1-13 09. Things started to happen! Finally on 1-22-09, the tv comes home, only looking like it has been camping instead of out being repaired. It was covered in dust, scratched, and God only knows what is on the screen, it will not come off! So, if you want your hard earned possessions treated like you know what, send them off with these yahoos who will beat them up and treat you like you are a pain in their ass! They suck!!!

Oh yeah, and they are the authorized repair service for most of the big screen TV's in our area. I have talked to several people including someone who works for one of the Big Box electronic stores, and the answer is the same. They all have heard of Electronic Services, and can't understand how these people are still in business.
